This scale was developed in the RAV laboratory. It sounds magical and fits perfectly with the natural timbre of the RAV Moon instrument. There are many overlapping overtones in it, which makes the sound so shimmering and bewitching, and all the notes in it are harmoniously combined and emphasize each other. But, of course, it has a special purpose for which it was created.
It contains four low notes that correspond to degrees I, IV, V and VI; these are the tonics of four chords on which a large number of famous compositions are built. The top five notes are ideal accents to decorate these compositions. All these nine notes are also a solid scale that can be used intuitively without going into all this music theory. In total, you can play popular progressions, consciously or intuitively, and even sing many songs to the accompaniment of RAV Moon Ariumi like a guitar. For example, “All the right moves” by One Republic, “One of us” by Joan Osborne, “Let it be” by The Beatles and hundreds of other songs with these chords.
Despite the fact that the central note on the RAV Moon Ariumi is D3 (D), the real key of the instrument is F#m and A.
Unlike paint, color is achieved by firing and can vary within acceptable limits, on one side there will be a slightly purple gradient and a gradient to blue, chameleon.
